Vintage Jewelry Boxes Part II

here's the line up of all those jewelery boxes from yesterday. A few of the pics I never could get turned(Tete-help on that one!). The first one is the smallest and pretty ugly on the outside. But the inside is rather pretty I think-don't judge a book by it's cover!

The second is pretty awful too!

I don't care for the inside of this one! Rather plain outside Simple but pretty The outside of this one is ugly-but wait till you see the inside! Glamourous! I like the designs on the outside of this green one Not quite a jewelry box-but still neat!

Pink-my favorite!

Yummy pink satin on this one! I think this is the largest one so it will go on the bottom. I like the little designs on the top! Red Velvet

So here they all are minus a couple that I've already posted-plenty of room for all that fun jewelry I own!

I'm joining Tickled Pink at http://www.504main.com/ and Thrifty Thing Thursday http://thethriftygroove.blogspot.com/

  2. Some of them I do not consider "ugly" just simple, not shouting out to be looked at. Inauspicious?

    A very nice collection.

Do we get to see them filled with treasure?

  4. Jewelry boxes are fun to collect aren't they? I love the old, faded ones the best with the pretty linings inside. Great idea to stack them!
