I picked this up today at our local thrift store-it looks old-never seen one like it? Anyone know anything about it? The background is a lid I also got-couldn't find the bottom-but loved the vintage print! I don't do Christmas decorating-so what am I thinking?

I have a stocking like that, and it is a reproduction. As for the lid in the 40's and 50's the wrapping paper came in boxes like that. I love the prints from those years! Last yr at 1515 I wrapped all the christmas presents in vintage paper. thought I bought some off of u?
ReplyDeleteThat stocking is so cute! It looks like it was a part of packaging for something. I got a small stocking "kinda" like that a few years ago, and it was a Baby Boy's First Christmas one. At one time it had candy and an Ornament in it?
