Velvet Heart Pincushion(?)
I don't remember where I picked this up at -I know it 's been a long time-and I really don't know why-but it's definitely a vintage thingie-because I don't know what it was used for. Perhaps it was a pin cushion with the heavy stuffing gone!

Very Cute! It looks very old, it is fun to imagine what it was used for!
