Most people would say-why'd you buy that? I guess I like the color, I thought it would be a good display piece, good to put potted plants on in the spring, cute for the kids to sit on to take pictures, fun to use as a plain ole stool-

Love the idea of the potted plants, but it functions, so that wins the practicality portion for me!

Those little step stools come in handy, I would have snapped it up, too.
