Unusual Picture

Found this unusual picture yesterday while looking for items to decorate the historic home with. I don't know what Never Again stands for, but the lady looks like she is wearing a santa suit? Any ideas?

    That's an intriguing picture. I don't know what it means. It could be either a comment about something they did or a title (e.g. of a play).
